Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation guidelines for BookMyService.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee as per the business's policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in cases of service cancellation by the provider, provider no-show, or service not rendered as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the appointment.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For wallet payments, refunds are credited instantly.

Non-Refundable Cases

No-shows by the customer, cancellations after the service has been rendered, and bookings marked as "non-refundable" at the time of booking are not eligible for refunds.

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, please contact our support team at suppor@bookmyservice.ai with your booking details.
